About member registration and login

・I didn't receive an email from NijiGEN Portal.

Please check the following.

  1. Please check your email address again to see if there are any mistakes.
  2. Please check if it is not distributed to "Junk E-mail Folder" as junk mail.
    Also, check your email software and email provider's spam settings so that you can receive emails from NijiGEN Portal's domain @nijigenportal.com.
    * Please contact your email software provider or email provider for detailed settings.
  3. If your spam settings do not help, please try registering with an email address from another domain.

・I forgot my password.

Click [Forgot your password?]at the bottom of the login screen of My Page.

An email for password reset will be sent to the registered email address.

・Tell me about the age check.

NijiGEN Portal handles adult content and is not available to users under the age of 18.

We will check if you are 18 years of age or older based on your membership information and payment method.


About Electronic Rental

・Can I save my rented Works data?

Yes, it can be saved.

However, Works data that have passed the validity period cannot be displayed again.

・It is not possible to display the electronic rental Works data.

Please use Adobe Acrobat Reader DC to open the file on a PC with Windows or MAC OS.

Before renting the Works data, please be sure to download the "Display Test" and use Adobe Acrobat Reader DC to open the file and make sure "Enjoy NijiGEN Portal!" is displayed.

please turn on the automatic setting from [Date and time] in your PC.

If the Works data cannot be displayed, the above setting may be turned off or the validity period for the Works data may have passed.

・I don't know where the electronically rented Work data was stored.

The file name contains the "Works code".

Log in to My Account, copy the "Works code" of the Works data you rented electronically from your order history, and search for the file in the downloaded device from "Works code".


About payment method

・Can I issue a receipt?

No, NijiGEN Portal does not issue receipts.

Use your credit card invoice details as proof that you rented the Works data electronically.

・What currency will I be billed for when I rent Works data electronically?

All credit card charges are made in Japanese Yen [JPY].

If you pay in a currency other than Japanese Yen [JPY], the payment will be made using a credit card and will be calculated at the exchange rate specified by the card issuer and converted to the currency used.

The exchange rate may vary depending on the card issuer or bank.

Also, keep in mind that some card issuers or banks may incur an international transaction fee for each purchase.

If you would like to learn more about fees, please contact your card issuer or bank directly.


About returns and cancellations

・I rented electronically the Works data by mistake, can I return it or refund it?

No, all NijiGEN Portal Works cannot be returned or refunded due to the nature of "electronic rental".

Please check the contents of the Works data and notes before electronic rental and make sure there are no mistakes.

However, if there is a defect in the Works data, or trouble caused by our system, we may respond after confirming the contents.
